In times of disaster people depend on those who can maintain their own equilibrium and establish order and control—public officials who know what they’re doing and can think on their feet. The Scientology Volunteer Ministers African Goodwill Tour is providing disaster relief training to Zambian police to make sure they know exactly what to do when disaster strikes.

The training sessions were held at a large police facility outside the city of Kitwe, called Kamfinsa Camp. Through more than 30 years of experience helping in disaster zones, Scientology Volunteer Ministers have developed a unique training program, based on the technology developed by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard. They provide this training free of charge to police, firefighters, other emergency relief personnel and volunteer groups. Read on, Scientology Today has the full story.
