Sometimes you here Scientologists talking about “COB”. Who is this? What does that mean? Well, it is an abbreviation for “Chairman of the Board”, which is the head of the Religious Technology Center.

Scientology Volunteer Ministers - or “VMs” - are a big deal in Scientology. These are Scientologists who volunteer to travel around the world to help people in need, be it after natural disasters or man made catastrophes - or in Third World countries.
